How Acruvia works

The same three steps, whichever side of the job you're on. Here's what actually happens at each one.

Step 01

Post a job

If you're hiring

Describe what you need, whether that is bookkeeping, tax filing, an audit, or an ongoing engagement. Add your budget range and timeline.

If you're the accountant

See jobs that match your listed expertise and location. No cold outreach, because the job comes to you.

Step 02

Compare & propose

If you're hiring

Review proposals side by side: pricing, credentials, and what each accountant is offering. Message directly before you decide.

If you're the accountant

Submit a proposal with your price, timeline, and a short note. You control what you bid, and there is no auto-matching race to the bottom.

Step 03

Hire and get paid securely

If you're hiring

Choose who you want to work with and pay through Acruvia's licensed payment partner. Acruvia does not hold your funds at any point.

If you're the accountant

Once the SME pays, funds are released to you minus the platform fee, and you withdraw to your bank account.

Every accountant here is already checked

Credentials and identity are verified before anyone can list on Acruvia or bid on a job. That happens before you ever see a proposal, not after.

Where your money actually goes

Acruvia is not a bank and doesn't hold your funds at any point. Payments are processed through Acruvia's licensed payment partner. For now, everything runs in a single currency with straightforward bank withdrawal. Multi-currency support is on our roadmap, not live yet.
