What if something goes wrong on a job?
Our team reviews issues raised on active jobs. A dedicated self-serve dispute process is on our roadmap as the platform grows. For now, reach out and a person looks into it.
How much does it cost?
Posting a job is free and there is no subscription on either side. A single platform fee comes out of the agreed amount before funds reach the accountant, and the exact figure is shown on the job before anyone commits to it. No hidden charges.
